                                                            Patrick Giusti

                                                            Patrick joined the FEAT board of  directors in April 2010. Patrick is  an IT professional at Oracle Corporation  where he helps companies in multiple industries become more efficient and  innovative through the use  of technology and business  applications. He is passionate about helping families affected by Autism and specializes in fundraising, community awareness and working to bring the best resources to the Puget Sound community. Patrick has been involved in multiple community organizations in the area, serving on the Board of Trustees of the MS Society and working on fundraising and corporate events with the Ronald McDonald House of Seattle. Patrick lives in Woodinville with his wife Mary and two sons Baran (9) and Augie (7).

                                                            Denise Donaldson

                                                            Denise earned an MBA from the University of  Washington and began her career in the banking field working for Seafirst Bank. After having children, however, her interests turned toward safety education.  For the past 15 years, Denise has contracted with Seattle-area hospitals to  provide child passenger safety services to families and training to hospital  employees.  She is also the editor of Safe Ride News, a publishing company that  produces the national newsletter for child passenger safety advocates and  professional, as well as books, flyers, and CDs. 

                                                            Denise has been a supporter of FEAT for many  years due to the personal impact the organization has had on the lives of many  friends with children who are on the spectrum. She joined the board of FEAT in May 2010 and serves as the board secretary. Denise lives in Woodinville with her  husband, Brian, and her children, Andrew and Elena.

                                                            Michael Luckevich

                                                            Michael has been a FEAT member since 1998 and first served on the Board from 2004 to 2009. His other public service achievements include: establishing a YMCA youth hockey program, serving on the Washington State PTSA Legislative Action Committee, serving on the Bellevue College Industry Advisory board, and volunteering at the Washington State Children's Center.

                                                            Michael graduated BS Mathematics from the University of Waterloo.  He has worked in the information technology professional services industry for over 25 years and retired vice-president Hitachi Consulting. He has taught at the University of Washington and is the author of Business Intelligence: Making Better Decisions Faster.

                                                            Michael lives on Mercer Island with his daughter Lindsey (17) and son Steven (16). He enjoys hiking, road trips, and ballet.


                                                            Edgar Aponte

                                                            Edgar Aponte has worked in the Electrical  Manufacturing and Wholesaling Industry for over 28 years with a broad range of  experience in Sales Marketing. He is currently Vice President of Sales  and Marketing for Platt Electric Supply. Platt is a family owed Wholesaler headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon with over 1,000 employees and 100 Branches across 7 States. Established in 1953, Platt is today one of the largest family owned wholesalers in the United States and has a rich tradition of caring for  people in our communities. Previous to Platt he worked for Westinghouse Electric  in a variety of roles across multiple states and countries, including General  Manager of Westinghouse Electric LTD in Europe. As a FEAT board member he is excited to be able to assist Feat in achieving its Mission of providing Hope and  Guidance to the Families with Autistic children so they may reach their full potential

                                                            Kathy George, Esq.

                                                            Ms. George has been engaged in the practice  of law in Washington for 5 years. She represents families and students to  enforce their educational rights. Her practice emphasizes the rights of students  to an appropriate education under the Individuals With  Disabilities Education Act and related laws. She has helped numerous families  throughout Washington obtain appropriate programs from public schools and  funding for private services and school placements as well as other education-related matters.

                                                            Paul Goodwin

                                                            Paul Goodwin is the senior vice president,  onboard revenue services and tour operations for Holland America Line Inc., a unit of Carnival Corporation & plc. Goodwin directs the development and   implementation of Holland America Line's onboard revenue, including  shore  excursions, beverage operations, retail services, spas and salons,  casino  operations and other revenue outlets. He also holds  responsibility for  worldwide pre- and post-tours including overall  responsibility for Seattle,  Alaska and Yukon land operations including  the Westmark Hotel and Gray Line of  Alaska. A 30-year veteran of the  cruise and travel industry, Goodwin joined  Holland America Line in  December 2003, having served as vice president, pricing  and planning at  Radisson Seven Seas Cruises. In that position he was  responsible for  itinerary planning and development, cruise pricing, revenue/yield  forecasting and anagement, shore excursions, land, hotel and  air.

                                                            Goodwin was also director of passenger  services of Regent Seven Seas Cruise Line. Goodwin began his career with  Holland America Line in the early  1980's as manager of the Vancouver operation.

                                                            Goodwin graduated from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver with a Bachelor's degree in 1983 and lives in Woodinville with his wife and three children.

                                                            Mustafa Haziq

                                                            Mustafa joined the FEAT board in October 2011. His personal experience with autism is through his 12 year old son who is on the spectrum. Mustafa frequently seeks new treatments to improve Naveed’s quality of life, and is eager to share ideas with others. He earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, served for 5 years in the US Navy operating nuclear reactors, and is currently an operations manager for a manufacturing facility in Auburn.

                                                            Jacki Reichanadter

                                                            Jacqueline A. Reichanadter has been an  advocate of autism research, treatment and cure since 1998 when her youngest  child Austin was diagnosed in Portland, Oregon. A supporting member of our  organization for over 10 years, FEAT has been with Jacqueline for her entire  path with autism.  A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Jacqueline spent  12 years with Westinghouse Electric's Power Generation Group in Northern  California when an opportunity came up to relocate with her family to the  Northwest.  For the past decade, Jacqueline has been very active in supporting  autism support organization and other non-profits and has contributed time,  money and expertise to Junior League of Seattle, LWSD PTSA, FEAT, ASTAR Center,  and Northwest Behavioral Associates. Woodinville is home to her family which  consists of her husband, Eric and her two sons Tyler (17) and Austin (15).  She  brings a great deal of passion and knowledge regarding our vision for growth and  development at FEAT and we are pleased to have her join our board.

                                                            Traci Schneider

                                                            _ Traci Schneider entered the world of autism in January 2005 when her oldest son was diagnosed at the age of 3.  At that time, Traci and her family were living in Wisconsin.  She was on the board of directors of the local chapter of the Autism Society of America while in Wisconsin and also worked to establish a grant for families with children on the spectrum.  In 2010, her family moved to the Seattle area when her husband John was named the General Manager of the Seattle Seahawks.  While looking for an organization to become involved with in the area, she loved that FEAT was a family based support system.  Traci is also the President of the Seahawks Women’s Association and supports many other causes as well.  Before having her two wonderful boys, she was a marketing manager for a health insurance company.

                                                            Tanya Trejo

                                                            Tanya joined the FEAT Board of Directors in June 2011. She is an IT professional with Starbucks Coffee Company and
                                                            has been touched by several friends who are on the autism spectrum. Tanya is passionate about education, support, and awareness and she is enthusiastic about continuing to learn more and give back to the autism community. Tanya ha! s been involved in multiple organizations through event support, including the National MS Society, Jubilee Women's Center, Northwest Harvest, and the Arthritis Foundation. She lives in Seattle with her husband, Keane Watterson and cat, Audrey.
