Transitions for Teens (TFT) | BellevueTFT is FEAT of Washington's flagship program that serves adolescents with autism and related disabilities. TFT provides clients with high quality behavior analytic services by developing individual comprehensive programs that increase social competence and build skills necessary to access and navigate through their world, while also respecting their individual preferences and rights.

Program Schedule and Calendar
TFT runs Monday through Thursday from 2 PM to 6 PM, September through June each year. Teens in our TFT program attend their middle or high school during the day and then come to the TFT program in the afternoon.
For teens who are not yet ready for TFT group programming we offer individualized intervention programs with the goal to prepare them for programming in the least restrictive environment and the community life.

Funding Options
FEAT of Washington accepts funding from individual families as well as Washington's Division of Developmental Disabilities and school funding. FEAT subsidizes the monthly tuition for families paying privately. TFT is an approved program through Microsoft's ABA/Autism benefit.
